Our instructors absolutely love their work. They teach Christian martial arts as a calling, rather than just a job. Their encouraging words outnumber the push ups they require. The fun never stops.

Students may attend any classes of their level or below, at any location. Busy families can change their schedule as they need to accommodate their other activities.

Residents of Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, and Norfolk can choose from several locations scattered around Hampton Roads where we offer karate and other martial arts to serve you.

Hard style and soft style. Standing up, back flipping, or on the ground. Preschoolers and senior citizens. Weapons or empty hand. Truly, we offer something for everyone.

Our students train to be servant leaders. They treat one another with respect. Upper belts readily pour themselves into lower belts, encouraging them along the path.

Need some time off? Twice a year, we host a Friday night lock-in so energetic, it’s sure to send your kids home Saturday morning ready to sleep for hours. Want a place for your teen to learn to grow in Christ that he/she will beg to return to every month? Our Teen Praise Night offers food, fun, and a devotional that will reach them where they are. Wish you had a cool, themed birthday party idea? Our young instructors and demo team may offer just what you need for your child’s party to be everybody’s favorite. Looking for performance opportunities? We have karate and XMA demo teams that perform for birthday parties and other public functions around Hampton Roads. Interested in exotic arts? Attend our National Training Clinic over a weekend and sample other arts taught by Christian martial artists from around the country. We also host parties: Halloween Alternative, Black Belt Promotion celebrations, Christmas party and demo presentation.

We teach with discipline, but never harshness. We point our students toward excellence as fellow martial artists. Though we teach our style through innovation and fun, you’ll still get a great work out.

Most of our students are family members training together, bonding and strengthening each other as a team, working toward a goal.
