The Chutoku Ryu Kobudo curriculum provides an overview of traditional Japanese weapons including bo, kama, nunchaku, tonfa, sai, tanto, and Filipino kali /escrima. Each weapon is taught individually in weekly classes, on a rotating schedule, over a 2 year period. Younger students ranked orange belt and above may study this style. Teens and adult Karate For Christ® students of any rank may enroll. Students have the option to test for ranking at the end of each weapons section. Students may opt in or opt out as the weapon of study changes.
